Yes, the “I am Loved” pins are striking the high school with an extreme force. It’s a band thang, it’s a craze. *I’d like to add that I played a major role in helping that craze* Really, it all started with Olivia giving them out to various people in band. She gave several of us entire bags of the 8-languages of pins, which we in turn handed out in mass quantity. The result? I am LOVED pins dazzling lanyards everywhere.

But guess what? They’re making us take them off. Apparently it was too much for the principals to handle… us being loved and all. First, those darned kids were TRYING to be late to their very own free mod, and now they’re passing out “I am Loved” pins! The devils…

Yes, we are horrid, evil little creatures. The pins don’t really say that… this one says I do pot, that says I’m ready to shoot the world, and this? Well, frankly it says I’m a Russian spy.

Ok, it’s a POSITIVE MESSAGE… what’s wrong with saying I am loved?? You’d better believe they’re going to hear about this one from me. I plan on petitioning as well as setting up a meeting with the principal. NO WHERE In the rules does it ever mention not putting peaceful little red buttons (which even keep the school colors) on our stupid ugly lanyards. They’re still break-away (like anyone’s gonna try to choke us anyway), they’re still red… they still do the same miraculous job of hanging our ID tags around our necks.
