Everything Hurts!
Did I mention I’m sore all over? It’s really quite stupid that I’m so incredibly out of shape. You see, I’m enrolled in summer gym. Next year’s schedule is so jam packed that I don’t have time to take the credit of gym that I need. So I get to spend 2 hours a day in gym after having marched for 2 1/2 hours.
Now my entire body is sore, and this just proves to me that I am in fact NOT as buff as I originally thought. This is exceedingly depressing. I want to be buff, damNit! 😉 We have run forever and a day, plus weight lifting.
Here’s a list of muscles which hurt:
Quads
Hamstrings
Calves (Calfs? SP??)
Shins – I don’t think these are muscles, but they hurt
Deltoids
Latissimus Dorsi
Pectoralis Major
Trapeziest
Biceps
Triceps
Um, whatever the wimpy little muscle is which exists in your forearm.
My ankle is also not a muscle… but it hurts. Both of them.
I’m sure there are muscles I’ve neglected which hurt like heck also, but I don’t know what they’re called.
Glutteus Maximus
