I love cheese. I feel pity for those in my family who are lactose intolerant. I think I am too, but there’s no way in heck I’ll ever admit it. *eats another piece of cheese* It’s colby jack, in case you’re wondering. 😀 *grins a cheesy mousey grin*

Guess who graced us with their online presence last night? None other than Sir Hidden Hurting Heart himself! He didn’t write, but let’s just work on one thing at a time. At any rate, it was lovely to talk to him again.

Do you have any idea of how cold it is out there? It’s freezing! Finally it’s not raining and we have a blue sky, but this is not end of May weather. Not at all. What happened to warm spring and a nice warm summer? I want 70’s. That’s all I ask. 80’s when school get’s out, but right now we’re just getting upper 50’s… MAYBE. Grrrrrr. Stupid weather. I don’t have enough pants to wear! I had to wear capris today, which of course is not at all condusive to the weather. Ahh well.

Now, I’m sure there was something I wanted to rant and rave about, in order to make use of PenguinLord’s end rant html… OH, pre-calc! Of course. We learned 5 sections of a chapter (out of 8 sections total) in the past two days. And guess what? The test is tomorrow and Friday. Hi, um no? Do we even KNOW how unfair that is? And the 3 parts that we didn’t learn in the past two days, well, you see, those we taught ourselves last week while our teacher was away for 4 out of the 5 days. So basically we’re going into this test “armed with… well, nothing.” (just to make use of You’ve Got Mail a little there) So what if we DID learn most of it last year in Algebra II? That’s sooo not the point.

*jumps up and down and smiles* *eats another piece of cheese*

Do you know what I don’t like? I don’t like not knowing Laura, as in Steve’s Laura. I’m getting to know Steve, and we have classes together and talk and whatnot, but I don’t know Laura at all! It’s horrible… Meg’s friends with both of us, and I know how much Meg thinks of her. And, of course, if she’s Steve’s girlfriend she’s probably absolutely wonderful… I just wish I knew her. I walk behind her to chem almost every day, but I never say anything because I’d feel really stupid. I pretty much know most of Meg’s good friends except for her, so I don’t know. Have no classes with each other and whatnot. Ahh well… maybe we’ll get to know each other sometime.

Did you know that I have an @~>~>- on my left hand? Well, I do. During 4th mod Aims drew the rose part in red pen and I finished the stem in green pen. Lol… I’m such a dork. You should see my math book. At the beginning of the year I covered it and decorated it. It has different colored roses in my usual pattern drawn all along the edges, hehe. It makes me really happy, which I suppose is good in light of the fact I have to look at it during pre-calc. 🙂

OH, goodness… I forgot to tell you about Frankenstein. I was up Monday night until midnight reading it, then finished the last 10 pages during lunch yesterday. I actually enjoyed it – like I said, I’m not one to hate books. It takes something really pitiful for me to not enjoy it. AND I found something great in it. The words “swept away” do in fact appear within the text of Frankenstein. I highlighted it, hehe. It is in the last sentence of the sixth paragraph of chapter two. “…it became the torrent which, in its course, has swept away all my hopes and joys.” *D* Yes, Meg, I know, I know. But AIMS will appreciate it, :P!

Alas, the celebration is but 10 entries away. What to do? What to do… A thought occurred to me last night. I could say I just won’t write my 400th until something happens… I don’t know what that would be, but something. But I decided that it could be years before writing, and that would just be no good, considering by then I’d have burst into a million pieces, and OD would probably delete my diary. So I scratched that idea. Half my problem is that I lack decision-making skills. And while I would LOVE to ask YOU what I should do, I cannot. I will not. This diary is mine, the entry will come from ME. Ahh, well.
