Belief – Theme

God.

It is possible to sum up my entire most important belief in that one word. Isn’t that incredible? Our entire existance is centered around something so infinately divine and perfect that it can be said with one, small word. After all, what is life?

I think that’s the same question every human who ever came into being has asked. No one knows the answer, we simply know we are here. God gave us this phenomenon we call life, and in return what can we do except believe in him and attempt to follow him as well as is humanly possible? We all fail – there has never been a perfect man to walk this earth except Jesus, His son.

If we didn’t base our lives upon that belief, there would be absolutely no point to life. We may not know what purpose life serves, but we must know it has one – otherwise why would we ask the question?

I think I’m jumbling all my thoughts and words together in a manner which doesn’t make sense at all. I don’t know what I want to say in order to convey such a belief.

Have you ever looked at the sunset? The morning dew on the petals of a flower? The shining spider web after a spring rain? A tiny new-born? That’s life – it’s gorgeous. It’s so incredible that no man could ever even conceive of such gifts!
