Band, atten-hut! HUT!!!!!

Do you have any idea what he said about me while he, Alex, and Ron were at my car? (thank you Ron for finally telling me… goodness…) He said that I wouldn’t go 40 in a 35, that I was a prude, and a stuck-up bitch. Oh, thanks. Lovely. GRRR. Why was I ever friends with this boy? I’m not seeming to remember… last time I checked, you don’t say things like that about people at their house when a friend of theirs is around. *slap*

But I shouted it off in band today. ~YEAH SAXOPHONES!~

*high five to Emma* The saxes, I am happy to say, won (or tied for) the row competition! *does a little dance* I’m so proud of us… all of the sax squad leaders are showing up for summer band… and we’re all working our tails off. The section is screaming, marching, and looking good. Really good. Despite several attempts by Jay and Nolan to strangle me, we’re all getting along swimmingly :). But really, I’m happy that the seniors DO get along so well… even if we have this supposed fued going on. It’s so funny… our two new saxy saxes, Danielle and Sarah, are actually enthusiastic ABOUT being saxy saxes. Nolan looked kind of incredulous towards Jay, and said, “She’s got TWO of them? Over us??” YEAH baby. We kick butt, ok? I can’t help it if all female saxes aspire to be just like Emma and me! (and yes, it is me, and not I)

Friday after practice Daddy V’s paying for all the squad leaders to go swimming! YEAH baby… how great is this. And guess who’s going? Um, was it hot out there today? Cause I sure thought it was… *coughmattcough* Yeah and he said something about a speedo? *he’s on swim team… ohhhhh baby* And who was marching two rows behind him for the last part of today? *salivates* GOODNESS it was really hot out there… anyone else agree? (I’m sure the other saxy saxes quite agree.)

I’m really in a good mood now. I needed to sweat. I needed to scream. I needed to rule my sax squad. *grins* Ahh yes. TU-BA TU-BA TU-BA TU-BA-BA-BA!
