Several random, disjointed thoughts:

1. I really hate Sunday nights. Some things never change, I guess. But seriously, I never feel like making that effort to go to work on Monday morning.

2. I just love fruit. Today I had two peaches. And I also had strawberries and cherries. Seriously I don’t know how I make it all winter without the stuff! It’s sooo good! How can Chris not like most of it?

3. I anticipate wanting to write several entries that I will entitle “driving school” or something similar. I realized, after reading some entries from high school, that I used to do a majority of my ranting here, thus reducing the amount of out-loud ranting I did to friends/family/etc. Now, Chris and I rarely fight. When we do it’s usually while one of us is driving because, well, I know how everyone should drive and not everyone else seems to. 😉 So I think I’ll make a list of topics and one by one educate at least the OD community on how the hell they’re supposed to be driving.

4. My hair dryer blew up in my hands today. I was drying my hair when I noticed the tone and intensity of the hair dryer lowered. I tried to switch it off to no avail, so I took it away from my head to exam the situation. All of a sudden I’m looking at sparks and, indeed, a flame coming out of the handle’s crevise. Right about then I started freaking out and smelling smoke. I finally got ahold of myself and unplugged the damned thing – at which point I just stared at the now black handle and thanked god the smoke alarm (and sprinklers for that matter) did not go off in the apartment. Interesting thought process – you see fire, you’re right next to a sink, but if you throw water on the fire or fire in the water you’ll electrocute yourself so you have to realize you need to unplug it. Luckily that happened in a split second, but I’m awfully glad it did. So in conclusion I bought a new hair dryer tonight. And a new straightening iron that turns off automatically after 60 min in case you forget to.

5. Chris is sick and I’m trying to take care of him. But he’s strange in that he wants space when he’s sick, whereas I want him and/or Mommy to hold me and make me better when I’m sick. So I have to kind of re-learn how to take care of him.

6. I’m not really sure who thinks Sarah Silverman is funny, but I’d like to inform you that she is not. She’s actually downright not funny but rather a stupid bitch. Then again I don’t like most women.

7. I’m a feminist woman who doesn’t like most women. Luckily I have enough for a wedding party and then some, but you know, men are generally speaking a lot cooler and easier to get along with. I think women absolutely have the ability to do well and should absolutely be given every chance that a man have. That being said women seem to forget to be smart somewhere around the sixth grade and proceed to be stupid, idiotic, and superficial. Sigh. Good luck men in finding decent women out there.

Alright, I’m out.

Sarah Silverman really is not funny. And most days I can’t decide who is worse between men and women, but lately women have been winning that battle.

RYN: Hey! Thanks for being my first note! 🙂 Well, I injured a lot of things. The doctor isn’t really too happy with me spending a lot of time outdoors at all. So I’m kind of stuck (don’t tell him I go outside more than he wants but I’ll go crazy if I don’t!).
