Super Busy weekend

This was annoyingly super busy weekend and I hated the sun all the time lol, it was too hot for me to do anything. Though I am happy I could finish all the pending tasks for long but I was really very tired by last night and had a big time headache too.

Indian summers are terribly horrible, thank God, I am not into some marketing/sales job and keep sitting in a nice air conditioned office all the time else I would have gone mad by now lol.

So, when I woke up on Saturday morning, there were already 10 reminders on my mobile and the worst was cleaning, blah. I just don’t like doing that and my apartment was really yucky as I had not cleaned it for weeks lol. Somehow, I managed to do that but I realized it took too much time of mine and I got behind my schedule L.

Long story short, I kept on working the whole day and by the end of the day, I was just like, give me a bed to sleep else I would fall sick and suddenly power is gone, wow (sarcastically) so you are tired from working whole day in such a hot day and when you want to sleep, power goes off, grrrrrrr.

Let’s see if I can remember what all I did on Saturday: – cleaning, washing, dishes, stored water for the whole week in the water tank on the roof (in India, we have to do this, more population and less water L), got the draining pipe changed as it was leaking (plumbers here behave like as if they are some kings but thank God it got changed finally), paid electricity bill for my brother (we can’t do it online here L), met a real estate agent for some investments, bought a gift for my friend’s house warming party, got my bedroom’s electricity wiring changed (it was really in a poor condition) and the best thing I did, was able to find a cleaner so now I don’t have to worry for cleaning, mopping etc lol J.

Sunday was my friend’s house warming party so I went there and had fun catching up with old friends and remembering old good days J. This friend was Sikh (the guys that wear turban and known as Sardar – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikhism) and they had a strange custom to eat sitting on the floor (known as langar – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langar). I was okay with that but later he told me that he had not hired any serving guys for the same and family and close friends were going to do the needful lol, shock to me but fine, I could manage. And that made me really tired; I didn’t know it was not an easy job to do lol.

After leaving from there, I remembered to buy mattress for my bed and spent just 10-15 minutes in doing that but it was the time when sun was at its best and very soon I started feeling headache which lasted until I went to the bed in the night <span st

The only good thing was the chicken-biryani that my brother cooks the best J.

On the other note, that little girl died that I wrote about in my last to last entry, she had a hole in her heart and couldn’t survive L.
