Fun weekend :-)

I had a fun weekend at my sister’s place. I had gone to give her ‘prasad’ (God’s blessing in the form of a sweet) and a few little gifts too that we got her from our trip. I reached there on Friday night and a surprise card was waiting for me when I reached there. My 6 years old nephew made it for me as he was missing me lol, cute, ne?

Saturday, I spent some time with Ms. Molly and it was pleasure to see her calling her papa lol, yeah, she has learnt how to call her ‘papa’ and one more word ‘come’ adds up into her vocabulary. She often asked me to ‘come’ over too :-).

I did some washing and then I left for a get together with friends, actually one of our friends is leaving for US on this 5th so we just wanted to see him before he leaves as it might be tough to understand his accent when he is back lol, haha just kidding but most of the people start speaking in American accent and only God knows why lol.

I came back in the evening and one more surprise was waiting for me, my brother-in-law announced he wanted to cook chicken curry for me, cool man, why not? So, we went and got some raw chicken and since the beer shop was nearby, he had to buy some beer too lol. Seriously, it was too hot to survive and the humidity was making it worse :-(.

So, he cooked a nice dish for us but it was too spicy, and as soon as we started eating it, our mouth started burning lol. Typical Indian spicy food, I just can’t stand them but I was so hungry and it was very tasty otherwise, I ended over eating it lol.

Sunday, we went to a mall and got my sister some shoes. I learnt how ‘pleasant’ it can be shopping with a woman lol, yeah I am being sarcastic here as it took her two hours to choose a pair of shoes, God bless her husband, he is so patient lol.

My sister cooked some nice dishes in my honor and I really liked and enjoyed them :-). She reminds me my mummy’s cooking that is always delicious :-).

So, that’s how I spent my weekend and yeah, I sent my nephew a card too :-).
