Accidents :-(

It was a bad day yesterday; we saw an accident each time coming to work and going back to home. It just upsets my mood though I try not to show it :-(.

First one we saw on the way to work last morning, we saw two guys on a motorbike were hit by a speeding car and it happened just in front of our car, my brother was scared and started shouting “move from here, move from here” and looked very upset too (he is an emotional guy), I stopped my car and with the help of another guy there that stopped to help, picked one of the guys that was hurt badly and seemed unconscious and put him on the road-side and then parked his motorbike outside the roaad too as it was causing traffic jam there, pillion rider was okay, just a few bruises on the knee and elbow. We were just going to call the ambulance, we saw cops coming in and then we immediately left. I am just very scared of Indian police lol and try to stay away from them haha.

And as soon as we drove a few meters from there, I realized my work-cupboard’s key was missing and I believe it was lost there only :-(. It was in my shirt’s pocket and I guess when I bent down to lift that guy up, it fell down on the road. And now, my maintenance guy is trying all kind of solutions to open it up lol.

Other one we had to see (worse) when we were heading back to home, we saw a slower movement on one of the fly-overs and thought it was due to some truck or a big lorry stuck due to a flat tyre etc but when we reached to the site, we saw blood was all over there on the road, seemed a motorbike was hit and the guy’s crash helmet came off and he had his head hit on the road and some major injuries :-(. We saw a couple of cars stopped by and the victim was already taken to the hospital so we didn’t stop and moved ahead.

It was really very sad to see both those accidents, you just feel bad from inside and your mood goes off.

Thank God, I don’t have to ride a motorbike and can afford to have a car else I would have been very scared after seeing what I saw yesterday. I mean, I know accident can happen in a car too but I think car is a lot safer than a bike if you drive sensibly.
