NOJOMO Happy Thanksgiving!
<—- Found a few pics of Bridget Fonda today. Hopefully they load…
Matt and I were the cooks today. Everything for our Thanksgiving feast turned out better than I had expected. We had of course turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, along with my broccoli cheese casserole, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and fruit salad. I made sure my mom was sitting down the whole time so she wouldn’t strain herself. My brother’s girlfriend, Kelly, came over to eat with us too. Ugh, it was so damn good. I was stuffed.
My parents got a new flatscreen this past week, so Matt, Ross and Dad wheeled the old furniture and t.v. upstairs, and installed the new one. Nice 🙂 We are watching the UT vs. A&M game. I’m rooting for UT as I cannot stand the Aggies. Right now they are beating them. Keep it coming boys!
When my parents moved the old furniture that the t.v. was sitting in, they had to empty some drawers to make it lighter. TONS and I mean, TONS of photos were nestled in there. I took about 2 hours sifting through those photos. They were hilarious to see. A lot of them were taken in 1993, when I was 12. Oh my gosh, the fashions of the times! Wow. I think that to keep yourself always looking good in photos, you need to go with hair and makeup that suits you and is not too loud, wear clothes that are form-fitting and not too baggy, and uhhh, don’t gain weight 🙂 That last thing could be hard, but seeing how people change over the years, it’s always the weight. It makes me want to continue to do well on my healthy diet.
Matt and I went for a walk around the neighborhood, and now we’re getting cozy here at my parent’s house.
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Only 12 more days until my 28th birthday!
i’m glad you had a nice holiday! it’s fun looking at old pictures and wondering what the hell you were thinking with your outfits. 🙂

I completely agree about the weight thing–it’s sad but true, but that’s one of the biggest things people notice in pics: “Wow, I was so much skinnier/fatter back then”. Good job on your diet–you’re always so good with having willpower and dropping weight–and you don’t even need to! I am jealous. And congrats on making the Thanksgiving feast–I am sure it was appreciated!

mmmm sounds nice. RYN: Its something that the police seem to ignore here, already becoming part of our culture. But on the plus side we are quite tough with the likes of drink driving so we arent screwed just yet. Hope you are well. Chris xxx
