I am on days off for the next two days. I’m pretty happy about that. I’m not planning anything special. Probably do some laundry, get my hair cut, volunteer, donate blood, grocery shop, and if I get a chance, sit on a beach for a few hours and enjoy the sun. I am pretty happy about it. Tomorrow is Victoria Day but is not a Stat holiday here in Nova Scotia, so some things are open, while others are not. So I am kind of confused as to what is open and what is not. If I were to work tomorrow, I would not receive holiday pay- just straight base pay. It kind of sucks. I think it should be a Stat holiday across the country. Oh well. Thankfully it is in Ontario!! haha

Weather wise, it’s been really nice lately…warm and sunny. I’m not complaining at all. it will just be nice to actually enjoy it now 🙂

As for me, I am doing alright. I’m not really too sure what’s up with me lately…or rather the last year. I kind of feel out of place everywhere I go and just not where I should be. Maybe it’s because I have nothing keeping me anywhere. I don’t have any friends here in Halifax. There are some people that I talk to at work, but for the most part, I am just a loner who does his own thing. It’s not always a bad thing b/c then I always get to do what I want, when I want. But it would be nice to go out with a friend for lunch or just out to a pub or something one evening. I wish I could launch all of my friends from Uni and other places to Halifax and we could all be one happy family out here haha.

Oh well. Maybe I’ll talk about this more later.
