I’ve Moved Again!

Well, it seems like it was that time again…time to move some place new on the other side of the world, it seems, to start a new adventure.
So, I have decided to relocate myself to Halifax, Nova Scotia.
I arrived by train on the 5th and moved into my place right away. I found a room for rent on Kijiji and decided to trust the person and send money…it worked out! I have a good room, which Krys and I will fit nicely into, in a 2 level apartment. It’s basically right downtown Halifax. The streets are narrow and the houses are old, and different colours. Every time I turn a corner, I have another slight orgasm haha. I am across the street from the Citadel, the old defence fort for Halifax back when it was settled by the British. From my room I can see the ocean and the ships coming in.
Also, I’m like 3 blocks away from pretty much every pub in Halifax haha. It’s a street with basically drinking spots haha. It’s not bad at all!
The roommates seem really cool. Kind of a mixed group, so that’s fun. It’s also really cheap, so even better!
So far, i am really enjoying myself. I am glad I have made this move. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I am where I should be. I feel like I have arrived and at a home. I’m content. I hope it lasts.
