up at 8.30 am. 9.06 am tp 10 30 am online .  10 30 am to 11.30 am lead down.  11.30 am to  1.08 pm downtown on the bus as it was raining want got free lunch today was pasta.  then went and got Chinese food at forbidden city . for my supper got sesame chicken and spring roll and chicken fried rice for $ 14.00. 200pm to 3.00 pm General  Hospital   . 300pm to  3.40 pm had a shower. 500pm to 600pm had the Chinese food.  600pm to online.  700pm to 11.00 pm home videos on  DVDs 11.00 pm to 11.32  pm the news.  ps 6.00 pm to  10 .00pm online
