what I did on March    20  up at 8.30 am 8.50 am to 9.10 on Itunes. 9.10 am to 10.30 on social media. 10.30 am to 11 50 am wnt and picked up a free launch at st. Patrick’s church. you can it a hot Launch each day today was hame and rice all you get a  coffee and a treat bag. come home and wormed up the food 1200 pm eating my Launch. 1.00 pm to 400 pm online and social media and  TV. 4.00 PM to 600 pm  Resting 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm had supper had  Alpha Getti .  6.00 pm to 11 32 pm on line on tv watched  Americas got Talent. then Rush. then comedy at club 54  then the news.
