頻頻抽筋….

痛到醒了….

痛得想大叫

又不想吵醒家人….

今早….

又抽筋了….

還不至一次….

第二次是…

我終於忍不住痛得大叫起來…..

痛得流眼水….

原來家中沒人….

沒人被我吵醒….

但一早的兩次抽筋後…

感覺到左腳很緊….

有點痛…

現在仍是這樣….

為何近期常常抽筋….

很痛很痛呢….

The reason why people have spasm is because the muscle is lack of vitamin D (This is just one of the main reason) So, take more vitamin D, it will decrease the frequency of having spasm! ^______________^
