Happy Birthday To Me

Today was my birthday.

It was alright..  I had to work, cleaning the office.  It was ok, I took my MP3 player… I need new headphones.  I need more music too.  I need to go through the 8 million CD’s we inherited from Rob’s brother.  It took 3 hours to clean today.  That’s bad, it’s suppossed to take 4 hours a week, not 6-8.  It’s just that they’re way behind on cleaning.  Mom (she works at the office I’m cleaning) also slowed me down.  She was arranging my birthday gift over her lunch break, while I was trying to get done.

I also have to work up an invoice.  I’m not sure how I’m going to do that though.  I mean I know how to make an invoice, I just have to do it.  I’m not sure how detailed to get.  I don’t know if they want an itemized statement or just a "hey I cleaned your office, you owe me XXX"

I’ll ask Mom about it.

I’m also thinking about giving my adventure a name, and making a real small business out of it (partially for tax benefits).  I’d combine that with my other interprises… making crafts mainly.

I’d also like to design myself a logo.

Anyway, for my birthday, Karen and Rob took me fishing – the fish nerd way!  We went to several different fish / pet stores in a different city.  I’ll write more about that in my htg_zoo diary, it fits better there.  I did get 3 new fishies though.  One is a big (4 inch long body, 6 or 7 inches if you count his tail) Moor (the black bug eyed goldfish) and 2 little fantail goldfish that I thought were cute.  Found a few more that I would have liked to take home with me, but I don’t have all my tanks set up.  I’m quite happy with my new fishies though.

Mom got the driveway thing all squared away and it will be here Monday morning at 9 AM and they will spread it for us.  So yay… happy birthday to me!
