Horrible Correspondent

I know I’m a horrible correspondent, and I apologize. I think more than 1 entry a month is in order! *L* I’m really sorry. I have a super busy life now, and it’s hard for me to get anything done beyond what MUST be done.

So, anyway, a short report is that we had a BEAUTIFUL vacation, and since then I’ve been slammed with work.

Also, we found out a couple of days before we were coming home from vacation that my brother has a brain tumor. They believe it is benign, but won’t know until he has surgery. That is scheduled for October 25. It would be sooner, but the neurosurgeon is going to a conference and doesn’t want to go away while Jimmy is still in recovery. I like that he wants to personally oversee the recovery. Of course there are possibilities of severe complications, but he should be good to go once he’s had the operation and has recovered from it. Praying it goes like clockwork!
