A Little Teary Today

Today is the 5th anniversary of the day a sudden event sent me to the hospital, where I was diagnosed with colon cancer. So this was (sort of) the last day of my innocence. Though my doctor told me colon cancer was a possibility, there were others, and I was counting on one of them being the culprit. Not to be…

So I’m very reflective today…and grateful to still be here.
