Dinner: Cooking class. We made crostada, roasted chicken, smashed potatoes and dark chocolate souffle. I only had 1/2 of each thing (trying to learn moderation!). 600? Estimate

Add a glass of wine to that. It was date night! (140)

Exercise: None. Again. I was on the road for work. If I were dedicated, I would have brought my exercise clothes and gone later, but I’m not dedicated this week. Exercise routine starts tomorrow!
