Today went wrong. I started out with good intentions:
Breakfast: Apple (80), protein bar (200). Total: 280
Snack: Tall skinny cinnamon dulce latte (100). Could not resist, I was definitely feeling that lost hour! And pecans (210). Total: 310
Lunch: Mexican salad (340); Sunflower wheat bread with a bit of butter. (200). Again, could not resist today. Oh well.
Dinner: Cream of asparagus soup (120)
Then it went downhill. It was a combination of being tired, alone, bored, etc… I had toast with butter, hummus, vegetables, naan, a mini pound cake, and about 2 bowls of granola. I’m guessing it totaled 1200 calories. I didn’t make myself sick, but I was definitely uncomfortably full. I just should not have eaten after my soup, but it was too small of a dinner for me. I was just trying not to have a bigger dinner because I ate a bit more for lunch. Backfire.
Total: 2450?
Exercise: I had to travel for work this morning, but brought my exercise clothes and hit up the gym after work. Run, 2 miles. Woot!
