Ahhh… Daylight savings time!

Snack: Naked Smoothie (170)

Breakfast: Anthony made migas! I’m going to estimate 350 calories? 

Snack: Kombucha! (70)

Lunch: Large garden salad – no dressing, but I had a bit of cheese, sunflower seeds and raisins with the veggies. (350?)

Snack: Fat free frozen yogurt. So good, a peanut butter and jelly flavor swirl. 5 ounces, so approximately 150 calories?

Dinner: Leftover sesame wheat bread and cream of asparagus soup (270)

Total: 1360, approximately. 

Exercise: None. We were going to go to yoga, but daylight savings time plus going to bed at 1am wasn’t really conducive to that. 

I spent the day at my parents house, doing taxes and cleaning out my bedroom there.
