Posting this again in honor of the new movie

Okay so here it goes. Don’t stop reading until you hit the end then post your opinions….

I LOVE HARRY POTTER. I don’t remember the last book I read just because I wanted too. (Actually that is a lie, but before that, I really don’t remember) I have read all five books more than once. More than twice. Okay I have read the first three four times and am working on the fourth for the fourth time. A girl has gotta do what a girl has gotta do until that darned fifth book comes out. (It came out…I’ve read it twice). I have seen the movies more than I can count. I watched it in the theater twice. My sister got me a bootleg copy for my puter cuz she knows I am crazy about it. I preordered the DVD and took off work the day it came out and the day after cuz I wasn’t sure when it would get to my mail box. Got there the first day and spent both days watching it and playing with the second disc. I visit harrypotter.com every day for updates. I can’t help it. Something about the story. About getting away from a horrible existance to a place where you are on top of the world and only you can save the world. It can appeal to every one who has had any sort of hardship. And for those people who belive that Harry Potter is the devil I have to say this: shut up you have NO idea what you are saying. Then I would ask them,”do you let you children watch Disney cartoons?” and they would say,”Yes, but why?” “Well”, I would say,”Because you say Harry Potter is the devil because of witch craft and magic, but Disney is the Wonderful World of Magic. Their recent comercials say Magic Does Happen. Almost every Disney flick has magic in it. Cinderella, Snow White, Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, do I need to go on? SO, until you say Disney is the devil and you make your kids stop watching and playing and doing Disney, don’t bash Harry Potter. It’s all in your imagination.” Now that is the end of the whole Harry Potter Thing. Post your opinions.
