I’ve had a busy day, I even ventured outside twice into the sun.  I’m more like a vampire, it gets bright… I hide! But no, I had actual outage.  Mum went to the hairdressers, so I went down with her to chat to Emma (hairdresser).  A friend of hers is trying to get into doing nails and such so we are having our done next Saturday (30th) for £10 to cover costs.  I’m not big in the beauty department but they’ll look nice for a while J

Yesterday, Mike was on his late shift which means he starts at 10, and finishes at 7 (or yesterday 8… Grrrr.)  So I got up with him and made him breakfast which was Quorn bacon and egg muffins with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese (They was lovely, thank you) but I was an idiot, I tried to move one of my muffins but accidentally moved it by the fried egg I literally just took out of the frying pan.  It wasn’t pretty.  Then I decided to put them in the microwave for a 10 second blast to melt the cheese and caught my wrist on the microwave door catch thingy and cut it.  It hurts. L

So last night I was playing around on Carnival Games, which is okay, but I wouldn’t think it’s worth the full price.   My thighs ache from ducking around punching a dummy. Don’t ask.

I’ve got some new shampoo and conditioner from Avon in the biggest bottles you’ve ever seen. I have a shampoo and conditioner for home, and a 2-in-1 for the gym.  I wouldn’t normally use 2 in 1’s but this seems to be ok for now. I have stupid skin, and it means that I can only use natural-type shampoos and conditioners without coming out in really itchy rashes on my face.   Tea-tree shampoo seems to be fine, and avon’s naturals brand seems to be okay too.  Can anyone recommend me any?  I can use “normal” ones, but after a few uses the stupid rash starts. 

The thing that has been annoying me, is someone who I hate, Pete, has decided that since he is going on holiday on Monday (25th)  He wants his (barely working) laptop and diving fins that he lent Mike back.  Without going into tons of detail (cause I can’t be bothered) he gave us less than a weeks notice, and said to bring them down to him.  He lives 4 hours away, and there isn’t enough postal days to get there.  I know this sounds like I’m trying to keep them, I’m not.  They was lent on a permanent borrow basis, he would have had them back way before now but he did a disappearing act and didn’t contact us for well over a year, after all the trouble he caused trying to break me and Mike up, he owes us diving licenses, and he has access to stuff easily without needing these specific ones. 

I am happy to have the stuff gone, but it means that at such short notice, my birthday weekend has been ruined.  We could have been away for my birthday and then what would happen?  I’m really upset and angry, that not only have we had to change all our plans, but its going to cost a fortune to do it. 

However, we’ve managed to turn it into a plan that involves giving the stuff to his brother (who is equally moronic) in Uttoxeter which is about 1.5hrs away, staying in a B&B in Stoke on Trent, possibly going to Monkey Forest (Though I have been once before and didn’t think much of it) and coming home via the Peak District and Donkey World J.  I would normally avoid any form of driving/tourist attractions on bank holiday weekend but we don’t have much choice so it’s a case of making the most of what we can (POSITIVE THINKING FTW!).

This is all in addition to our trip to Madame Tussaud’s in Blackpool on Friday for my birthday.  So yay, see the upside Em.  My birthday might be alright after al

l!  Saying that it would have been my grandad’s birthday yesterday.. I miss him 🙁 xx
