Reverse Sexism II
Hmm, no reverse sexism eh? That’s almost as good as saying that the Black Panther Party wasn’t reverse racism then *shakes head*
The actions and dialogue a man delivers to a woman in the work place is by far more likely to be scrutinized than the reverse by a woman to a man.
As for being paid equally, you may be refering to the “glass ceiling” Which again leads me to look to the industries and the entire issue of equal opportunity employment. Yes the entire balance is askew and I for one believe equal payment for both sexes makes the race/competition more zealous and dedicated as each strives for ultimate supremacy in the work place.
My gripe is a matter of comparisons between male coworkers now PC’d to death until not even a deserved compliment bereft of sexual connotations or other such tawdry thoughts can be issued, which in it’s own could strengthen relations, used as ice breakers, etc. But again I’d imagine that there could be some male chauvinist grime laden message which one might think I’m trying to put across, albeit I’m not.
