Conjunctivitis

I got out to the village and was about to take our walk when I saw my brother step outside of the barbershop so with this sign I detoured inside and we sat back waiting while a mother and her three bratty little boys (6,7,8) were ahead of us. Loud, obnoxious and rude are only understatements for their behavior so bleche.

As we waited both of us noticed that Joe’s left eye was not fairing well and as we’d suspected the doctor confirmed it was Pink Eye. The good part of the sick visit was that the doctor was my friend Robin from high school and we were both elated to see one another. Joe’s visit took no more than 10 minutes, our conversation lasted another 15 minutes. She married her highschool sweetheart which I expected.

Now we’re back home and H2 is playing with a rubber basting spoon.

Wind & weather’s going to be harsh again here so I’ll be loading the stove once Joe settles down.
