3 years today…..

She and I were wed.

Ups and downs.

Tears and laughter.

Things have been relatively even keel this last week for the most part. Wish me luck.

Last night she couldn’t hold back any longer and gave my anniversary present, an ipod shuffle. I was really surprised because in all honesty I thought we weren’t exchanging gifts but she said she got it spurr of the moment. I worked on putting a playlist together, more for the gym than anything else.

Today the boss sent the shop crew home early, mid morning. Casey and I worked until 3:30, an hour shy of our norm.

I picked up little Joe and we ran a few errands. Baby’s r Us for teething tabs (molars are coming in), the supermarket for trash bags and carvel for a small ice cream cake that I’m surprising Nina with tonight when she gets home.

As far as a gift, she is tough. I got her $50’s worth of gift certificates to Starbucks since she passes one on the way to work and well, free coffee is always good.
