And A Firetruck…

Okay, my four year old is obsessed with something not a lot of four year old little girls are… she loves firefighters and firetrucks. Nearly three months ago I lost what I call my good keys; the ones with the lock remote control on them and I put up a huge reward for them I told the girls I would get them a full size pillowpet if they found them. Usually something like that brings huge results…

About three weeks ago Maddie found the missing keys on top of the entertainment center tangled in some dangling wires of all things. She decided she wanted a pillowpet firetruck…. no one in town had them so I kind of pushed off ordering it hoping that it would show up in town or pillow pets would offer free shipping or something. Then tonight I had to get out of the house I really needed to get out and all of a sudden like a mirage this booth appeared in the mall… It sold pillowpets and guess what was on one side of it…

Thankfully Pat was with me and he put it on his credit card (HIS IDEA) since I didn’t have any cash for it and really didn’t want to bounce my debt card. I will be paying him back on Friday (probably thursday but I know how my schedule is this thursday). So glad we found it!
