home
I died today. I’m not sure how hot it was but I am pretty sure that I did die. Either that or I jut live in hell and I really wish that it would freeze over about now.
I am counting down the hours until I get ot leave Sacramento Area and go home for a lovely cool vacation home. Granted it is raining there right now but I couldn’t care less. Alaska rain has that very sweet earthy smell that is SUPPOSE to come with rain. I like rain at the moment 😛
I am rather ticked off and really hoping that my friend gets a new job at starbucks so that I can hopefully take over her job at the company that I am temping for since I like it there. I don’t really care about the company but is does have some killer perks (2 paid work days in Disneyland with a friend. Free airfare, free breakfasts and a paid dinner. Not bad, then get back in time for the weekend. I could do worse. I have been working for the company for about six months. I have come to know a lot of the people there and I really like a lot of them. I have made friends with a lot of the younger girls and even a lot of the older ladies. One of the guys there, he feels like an older brother, you know, the brat. I want to just stick with one place and stop going from job to job. I like where I am, I know it all, eveyone there knows me. I figure that its a good deal. Besdies they don’t have to bother training me.
I really hope that it works out the way that she and I want it too. Her at starbucks (so that she can still get benefits while spending time with her daughter) and I can get a real job in a company that is good and with people that I like and get along with. I’m tired of not knowing where I will be each week.
So anyways. My last day doing temp work for the company is Tuesday. I leave that night for Anchorage and then Wednesday at 1:08pm Alaska time, I should be home and starting to get ideas for the wedding, the wedding date, see my friends, show Alaric my home in the summertime, and hopefully relax.
Laundry is done, time to get the boy to help me hang up his clothes.
