Things are going better now.  We talked a little about what we were feeling and Alaric said that he would work on the whole communication thing.

We had a good trip down to SLO to see the firends there and for Paul’s Birthday.  I missed spending time with them.  We do the round about way of getting  back to Rocklin by going up The 1 to have lunch with Robyn and Paul at Bubba Gumps.  It was good, spendy but good.  We then hit Napa in hopes of seeing friends there too but everyone was busy until we called Josh and spent a couple hours with him at his place and at The Grad.  To make the story short, nothing really happened in Napa and we went home that night instead of staying at the house there since we would have been sleeping on the floor since his mother was home for the weekend.

Anyways, I’m waiting for him to get home with the Milk that was needed and in a few minutes the beef stew will be finished cooking and the bread sticks should be ready to come out of the oven.  Good warm food for the rainy night that we are having here tonight.  Finally, rain is good.
