so this last week has been pretty crazy.
start from last friday I guess…

Luke invited me to a party at Peirce’s house in Lutana. It was over a week ago, so there are only a few things i can remember. it being awkward because Shan (luke’s ex) was there. A really nice random giving me a cigarette. Watching Rocky Horror. Sitting next to the fire with Bearded Skater Guy whose name is Sam G, and some guy said to him "so are you going to ask her?"
"ask her what?"
"the question!"
"what?"
"the question you were going to ask her!" and then Sam G turned to me and got down on one knee and said
"Will you marry me?"

this seemed hilarious at the time. And then Other Guy was just like "Sam Giles likes you. he thinks you should fuck off Twisted and go out with him instead!"
This was kind of an awkward situation because Eden was there, and Eden likes Sam.
Later, Luke and I walked back to his place, because he also lives in Lutana. As we were leaving some random ran up behind us and put his arm around my other side, and was all "What do you say i come back with you guys and we have fun?" kind of thing. this turned in to him trying to convince me to go with him instead of Luke, lulz. He was all "twisted, I’m taking your girlfriend."
"she’s not my girlfriend."
"Then you won’t mind if I take her."
"no, you can’t have her! She’s not my girlfriend but she’s still mine."
"Don’t you think she should decide that for herself?"
haha, so then they both stepped away, and were all like, "so who do you choose?" and i chose Luke, obviously, because i was hoping the other guy was joking anyway. As we left he said "stealing my woman Twisted!"
After we’d walked a bit further, one of the other guys (there was a big group of guys that were also leaving. i think this group inclided Sam G) screamed out
"TWISTED’S GETTING LAID TONIGHT!" and there was much cheering and yelling, haha.

Got back to Luke’s house and i met his sister Emily, her friend Emily (lulz), and his brother Jamie.
Then Luke took me out the back to show me the shed. it’s pretty awesome! It’s got a bar and pool table and stuff. naturally, we had drunk sex on the pool table. And the bar. And the bench seat. and the floor… you get the picture.

Went back inside and snuggled up on the couch.. and passed out. I had moments of dozing back in to consciousness, and overheard some bits of conversation. things like Luke’s dad coming home, Emily (friend) coming out and saying something along the lines of "She’s hell some random he brought home. I was so sad that he and Shan broke up! We were hoping they’d get married!"
Fuck that made me feel awkward.
At three-ish we headed to bed. Oh! And Josh texted me some drunken texts, that was weird.

the next morning was awkward even more. but it got less awkward when Luke’s mum had left and I was sitting in the loungeroom with the Emilies talking. Emily (friend, who from now will be referred to as Emily F) mentioned to Luke what she’d said the night before about him marrying Shan.. and his response was
"no way. I’d never marry a fatty."
ouch, harsh. haha, it made me laugh though.

later, Harold came to pick us up on our way to Will’s 20th. We went via Ryan and Dave’s, and Shan was there. She saw that Luke and i were going to Will’s together, and she was all "I’m coming too!"

fuck. I actually wantd to hit her. She was only doing it to make things awkward. And yeah, things were. She and luke sat over the other side of the fire and had a talk. She asked him if we’d had sex, and he said yes, and she chucked the shits and stormed off. Baxter and Sophie arrived and i talked to them heaps. Luke went off a few times, and Shan followed him each time. She tried to kiss him and he rejected her, haha. She then told sophie who told me, because sophie and I are buddies. There was a bit of a blow up with me and Shan and Luke, but that got resolved. oh, and Luke was sitting on my lap to piss Shan off, and he got a message from this girl Sarah saying "so do you still want that kiss from me on monday? ;)"
and he replied with "no, not really. I kind of really like this girl called Lauren." and showed me the message haha.

had some D&M chats about exes and Luke with Baxter, and sophie and I had toilet adventures. She said "I like you SO much better than Shan!" which made me feel good because she and Shan are friends.

When we went to bed, Luke passed out. i couldn’t get to sleep because his phone kept going off, so i picked it up, and he had six messages and three missed calls from Sarah, like ‘please wb Luke!’ haha. i sent her a message saying "this is Lauren. luke is passed out, so stop calling. I’ll tell him you called when he wakes up. goodnight =] xxx" haha, burn.

hmm.. well, during the week was Trybe, and that went well. Luke came on opening night. =]
Spent a fair bit of time at the skate park, hanging out with luke and sophie and baxter. people keep coming up to me like "hey you’re that girl from that party with twisted, do you remember talking to me?" haha, but they all look so similar =/ had a few chats with dave, too.

wednesday after the play I went out to the Observatory bar with Anya and Eva, because the day before had been Anya’s eighteenth. Ten dollar fishbowls, yumm. At eleven i met up with Luke as they were heading to Curly’s, but then decided not to go. We walked to the food stop, where taegan and ryan called a taxi. Shan wouldn’t get in the taxi if Luke and I were, so Dave and Shan got in the taxi too, and Luke and I walked back to dave and ryan’s. but that was okay, because it was fun =]

friday was the skate comp at youtharc. that was cool, and the boys did pretty well. Sam G won! haha. Dave drove us back to his, and we hung around. Shan and Claire bought lots of pot, and the two of them and Baxter and Sophie and Peirce spent the next few days all fucked up on pot. Perice put a firecracker in one of his dreadlocks and tried to get Luke to light it for him haha.

Oh, on friday night Luke asked me out =]

Saturday we went to the brisbane. there was a band and a market stall out the back haha. inside none of us had much money so we played a few games of pool. Sam G was there, along with this really drunk guy, and he had funny stories because he was drunk. Dave, Ryan, luke and myself headed back to ryan and dave’s, where we watched Shaun of the dead and then went to bed.

so a pretty good week, I feel.
