Jesus the solitude with the Father~
After class, Jesus enjoyed the solitude as he walked home, alone. He had had visions of the future, where the sheep needed constant shepherding. And realized that he had to cherish the gift of time that he was alloted now, with his father.
"So, dad, what’s brewing today?"
"Ah, son, Satan and his angels up to no good, as usual."
"Lots of battles going on, huh?"
"Yes, son. And I suppose that you know that Satan and his angels are still trying to figure out who you are. And they never stop trying to infect your spirit with dark thoughts, doubts, defeat. But Michael and his army are more than able to send them scurrying away, seeking easier prey somewehre else."
"Yes, dad. I have sense that the divine combat has been especially intense, lately."
"Yes, son. And after every healing that you administer, it more enrages Satan! Ah, your doing a divine job, son."
"Thanks dad. But you taught me everything that I know."
"Hmnnnn son. How bout if we talk about Mary?"
"Mary?"
"Yes, her spirit has been very confused, concerning you. Why don’t you stop by her place on your way home. She needs you."
"I thought that I would spend time with you, dad."
"Ah, us fathers always appreciate it, when their sons wants to visit them."
"But you feel that Mary needs my undivided attention, right now."
"Yes, son. She’s been having trouble dealing with your moods, for the past month. So, I sent her into a deep sleep, of which she’s about to wake up from."
"Abba. I’ve been moody for the past month?"
"Son. Your maturity has been too fast for Mary. A month agao, you have romantic feelings for her; you even kiss her. And I must say son, you did that like you have been doing it your entire life."
"Thanks dad. I’m a quick learner."
"Yes, son. So, a week after the kiss, you crash her world by saying: that there is no hope for marriage bewteen you and her. Then, you try to comfort her by telling her that she will be vital to your ministry…and will even be the New Eve. She just can’t grasp it all, son. And you know how her mind never ceases to think about things: that’s why I gave her some rest. She sorely needed it."
"Ah, I see, father."
"Ut oh. When you say father like that, I know that I’m in for another lecture."
"Well, being a teenager: is like something insides constantly seeks a kind of rebellion against everything. And what’s much of the cause of this: hormones. Couldn’t you have reminded me of that, so that I could have maybe handled the situation better, with Mary?"
"Ah, son. Your doing just fine. And like it is said: experience is the best teacher. And you wanted to be fully human, yes? Well, son, there are no shortcuts. You have to go through the process of being human, in all its contradictions and mysteries. As you have said yourself, son: you were destined to love Mary. So, you were also destined to experiment like everyone does: the romantic way of life. And son, Mary wouldn’t have had it any other way. She’s knows that despite what she had longed for: she’s one of the most blessed woman on this side of heaven."
"And son, may I say: be true to yourself; and it must follow, as the night follows the day, you cannot be false to any man."
"That sounds familiar, dad."
"Yes, I put the words in the mind of one of my future, favorite playwrights."
"And one more thing, son: treat Mary’s heart with tender loving care!"
"Ah, dad, that has a nice ring to it. Your will shall be done!"
he,he, he Yes, Jesus too, has his mood sometimes. Do U remember when He got so mad at the temple and tore the places apart where the people are dealing with animals for offering? HE became angry with those people for making His Father’s temple dirty with their unforgivable act. 🙂 Well, that shows clearly that Jesus has understood us as human in that way somehow. 😀

But He can be surprisingly so calm and gentle when those people condemning a woman who committed adultery and he said that who has never sins before shall cast the first stone. That was really smart of Him! Now, that is a goft of wisdom from Father. 🙂 *Nice entry as always, Bri! I am soooo glad that you write more here. Makes me soooo happy to come here & enjoy reading!*

I truly enjoyed the father to son conversation Jesus and our Lord had. It was so like what we may have shared with our own fathers. I know Jesus’s father knew what he was going through. Yes hormones were blooming. But how nice that Mary is a big part of Jesus’s life.

Loving communication between Son and Dad. Father God is blessed to have an obedient son without any rebellion, huh? “treat Mary’s heart with tender loving care” Yes, because a woman’s heart is very fragile. 🙂
