Still Coming Along

I appear to have lost about 2-3 inches around my chest, about 1-2 around my waist and about 3 around my hips. I’ll have actual measurements in a couple of weeks.  I also think I’ve lost about an inch around my upper arms (a place I really seem to carry the weight.) I’ve been working out strenuously about 5-6 times a week.  I’ve gotten so I really enjoy my workout, painful as it may be ;-).  A friend I hadn’t seen in awhile told me I’d lost at least “one full chin.”  (Double sided compliment I guess ;-). So I’m doing okay.
