My Sister In Law Christy

My sister-in-law has been excepted into a clinical trial for stem cell research. She has severe Chrohns Disease. She has already had alot of her colon removed last year. She isn’t getting better, I have worked with her on eating as well as the Dr. She weighs 90 lbs and is nothing but bones. I give her her shots in her thigh where most of what little muscle she has left is. She looks so bad. Mom and I are putting up little meals for her so she can eat or try to eat like every hour or so. I am so hoping she doesn’t get the placebo and gets the higher does of stem cells. They will have 2 levels of stem cells and the placebo. It is just a draw for her and I am praying it all goes well. She will be starting soon in the process. When she goes she will be at the Dr.’s office for 6 hours 2 times a week. They have to check her for different reactions and how she does will be charted to the highest degree. I talked to her more about this today when she came for me to give her her shots. I give her shots once a week. I told her some more questions she needs to ask the Dr. and answered some of her questions besides giving her some more websites to look at. SHe was bringing me her paperwork the Dr. gave her to read but I had already looked it up online and had read what she had and more. Praying all goes well for her. She looks every time I see her so much closer to death. There was a time when we were not so close. I am thankful we are now so I can help her. I Love ya Christy
