Hello……..

I have been at the hospital all day again today it is now past midnight. I held Kerry’s Dad with him several times today while he had seizures. He is not doing well and the DOctor said today it won’t be long and they would just be keeping him comfortable. He is no longer eating or able to swallow even the medicine that would kill the "SUPER BUG" he has. They are trying IV antibiotics for this but they show no data on it working. The medicine he needs has to be oral and they tried 8 times to put down an NG tube but couldn’t as he is obstructed. His white count is suppose to be 10,000 and it is 50,000. It jusmped to 40,000 in less then 48 hours the first time it spiked. All I could do was tell him how much I loved him and hold him and Kerry. It has been a VERY tiring and long day since I have been up since 4 a.m.
Hugs to all and I will get back when I can.

I lost an adopted aunt yesterday and what you described sounds like what I went thru with my father in law. He was a real good man. Being there and letting them know how much they are loved or how they made you feel loved is about all you can do sometimes. Prayers go out for all of you. Hugs Mel
