Sleepover Smiles

Viv arrived at about 9:45 last night for our sleepover. She had just finished a volleyball game and was tired and achy. As it turns out, she got me a going-away gift. I must say, I’m very impressed with her choice for me: A bottle of lotion (velvet tuberose), a bottle of perfume (appletini), a make-up bag, and a black and white floral notebook. The perfume smells heavenly. Those who know me know that it’s common knowledge that I’m always in need of a notebook. So much to write, so little time… Anyways, Viv gave me my gift and we headed upstairs to start our new escapade. It would turn out insane, like most of my adventures are. I fetched us Diet Dr. Peppers, switched on the music, and the gossip began. Our boyfriends were the hot topics. She swooned over her beloved Preston and I giggled about my sweet Justin. Corny, yes, but extremely fun. I gave her a massage and we fantasized about our future weddings and honeymoons. We actually fell asleep around midnight, believe it or not.
