vanishing act

I’m just a little bummed. After I went through all of the trouble to get the Microsoft Office 2007, my syllabus comes, and I have to turn in a graded project in Microsoft Office 2010. To say that I was a little pissed-off would be an understatement. So I called the school and told them that I had just payed $65 for the 2007, because the THAT’S WHAT THE PROGRAM OUTLINE SAID THAT I NEEDED! My computer instructor says that they NO LONGER have the 2007 hard-copy, but she would send me the electronic files on the course that was based on the 2007 version. Just a little disillusioned about the whole thing.

I did finish ½ of the study guide for my Introduction to Allied Health part of the course.

On the good news front:

We are going to pick up Faith (the border-collie pup) sometime this weekend. I find myself getting excited, who wouldn’t? A fluffy, baby puppy.

On the bad news front:

I’m not on the schedule at work at all in the month of August. Blah.

Aaron drank the Sweet Tea that was in the fridge that K brought me home yesterday. Little punk. No respect for me or my things. *shakes head*
