Well, I called DHS this a.m., and my worker told me that I had been approved already, so I should have gotten my papers by now. So, she’s having a new batch sent out. I called all of the people I owe medical bills to, and gave them my Medicaid # so they could bill Medicaid. $650 worth of bills taken care of in 4 or 5 phone calls! Wow, what a load off of mine & K’s shoulders. That’s one big worry I can lay to rest. Another worry is the baby. I am having trouble with my appetite again–I know I’m not eating nutritious enough to sustain my little boy, but I can’t help it, I really am trying! I just hope Aaron is a normal and healthy baby despite his mother’s inadequacies. Although, I am currently in the process of making tacos, and they are good. And last night K & I had combo pizza. On Thursday K is buying me a dress, it’s a beautiful green plaid summer maternity dress and I love it! I can’t wait to get it, I just need to try it on before we get it.

Thunderstorm is on the way, I went out to pick up some daisies, and heard the rumbling off in the distance – it’s about 5-6 minutes away.

(Later)-We got a really quick thunderstorm, and rain – we lost the power for about 2 1/2 hours. Tacos were good though. Now I’ve got a batch of brownies in the oven. YUM. Kevin decided to go to bed after the power went out, and so this day is totally "blck". I was a little peeved when my husband announced that he’d be sleeping all day, but oh well, what can I do?
