I love the fact that somebody told me how to make the heart. Thank you, you know who you are.

Kev has gone fishing with one of his buddies from work – at least it’s not a strenuous activity. He needs to cool his temper anyway, I think that being home with us 24/7 is driving him bonkers.

This morning Kev took me to Dunkin Donuts, and I got an everything bagel (it seems they have changed their recipe somehow) and a Dunkaccino. Yum. Threw in a chocolate donut stick to top everything off.

Then we took a little ride and just talked. Alone time is not in very much abundance here.

Thank goodness the kids start school soon. (I believe that sentence is a repeat).

Turkeys are out on the back patio, chirp/peeping, and looking in the screen door at me. They are getting sooo big! They are already the size of the chickens, and they aren’t even finished growing yet.

Looks like we’ll be getting a thunder-storm.

Kev’s appointment for the surgery is on Wednesday @ 1:00. This is the same surgery that he had in 2003, but I wasn’t with him for that one, it’s the time that I was in Acadia Hospital (the very last time). I’m glad that I can be there to support him this time. My father-in-law is going to take the boys for the day. I just need to bring something to keep me occupied while K is in surgery. Maybe my e-reader or iPod touch. (I’ll definately take my BlackBerry, but I probably won’t be able to use it in the hospital).

Possibly take the notebook that I am writing parts of my novel in. Yes, definately, I will write myself a list to remember the things that I want to take. *just thinking out loud here*

Oh yes! Kev showed me some bamboo on our ride. I had never seen any (accept in pictures), so it was pretty cool. He pulled one of them out for me, and took the ends off. Hm…..left it out on the dashboard of the car.

Bought a "cool zone" stainless steel water bottle – it’s metallic green with multi-colored flowers. I  love it! I carry it everywhere. It was so neat, I had to get one for both boys. A’s is metallic read with silver circles and C’s is a deep metallic blue.

So, anyway…..the book that I was reading by Karin Slaughter is Beyond Reach. I love reading. But I strongly like reading on the e-reader – not quite sure why, but I do.

You’re welcome (It doesn’t always work in entries–I’ve found). I just randomed into your diary and I used to use the heart as part of my diary name years ago.
