This whole writing everyday is getting hard.

In one month today, Tots will be 2!  I can’t believe it.  Now is the time for me to really start my Birthday Party Extravaganza.  I gave myself two months to start thinking about it, as not to go overboard.  First month was really more cleaning and planning to plan, but now it’s planning planning and cleaning.

I’ve been having suspicions that there is a mouse in my apartment.  There was a bag of food in the cabinet with a hole in it.  I sometimes hear those weird little moving around in stuff noises.  It could be my imagination and the fact that I am totally fucking terrified of mice.  You would not believe how high I jump and how high I scream when I see one. Today, I threw a piece of egg with cheese on it at the garbage, but it went over.  Just as I was thinking,"Hm.  I bet a mouse would just eat that up quick…" I heard a distinctive crinkling from behind the can.  I threw the dustpan at the garbage to scare it so it wouldn’t make anymore noise that I could pretend it wasn’t there.  I really really truly hate mice.  I was looking up different ways to get rid of mice, but had to stop because all the pages I looked at had pictures of the nasty thing on them.  Since then, my brain has just been a little uneasy.

Of course, Pi had to work late, so I didn’t have any support except over the phone from him.  I’ve got to stop thinking about it all now.

My neighbor Ivy had to work tonight, but there was also a school conference that she had to go to.  She thought it was yesterday, and went during work, but it wasn’t.  I volunteered to work the half-hour it was going to take.  I wasn’t even going to punch in, just be there in her place, just as a nice thing to do.  (For some reason, she thinks I don’t like her.)  As I was arriving, my boss was there.  He offered me the option of staying longer, which I thought would be cool, so I punched in anyway.  I wasn’t going to worry about the tips, either, because I forgot to dump them when I got there, but one of the guys who split the tips later counted me in.  I worked for an hour and a half instead, and got three bucks in tips.  Also, I like working, especially with Sparkley, who was there tonight.

Other than that, today was uneventful.

Yeah, and the little B@$+@&*$ are good at evading detection, too. (We had them in our house in FL.) Usually, you’d see the poops around, but it’s possible you might not. Ask Clanky, I think she would know how to solve the problem and then let Pi do it, unless of course he’s more afraid of mice than you are.

You can always call me, because I *would* believe how high you jump and scream like a little girl, cuz, ya know, you’re the reason I’m NOT scared of mice. *hugs*
