2011

So, I wrote a "real" entry for today, but Pi is trying to figure out what is wrong with his computer, so I’m going to do a "mindless" entry. 

2011 in beginning entry of each first entry of each month:

January-  Last night, the whole house smelled absolutely wonderful, with the pot roast and the chili cooking for eight hours each.

February-  Today at the dump, I got rid of three big bags of garbage and three big bags of recycling.  It’s so freeing to get rid of the clutter.

March-  I finally made an appointment for us to see an eye doctor.

April-  We had a nice family day today, but we saw some friends, too.

June-  I totally surprised Pi with his surprise birthday dinner tonight.  He didn’t even see it coming.

July-  I filled out an application for a grocery store in T-ton and brought it in yesterday. Today, I filled one out online for CVS.

August-  The Ducky Family had a nice "weekend".

September-  I’m getting really excited about the camping trip coming up.  I’m trying to get all the gear together and clean the house so it’s nice when we come back.  There’s nothing like going away and coming back to a clean house.

October-  Every day that I work, I become a little more confident.  What is also helping my confidence is teaching the other new folks like me new tricks.

November-  I’m so happy to have power and heat back!

December- Walking, walking and more walking.
