what luck!

alright so im down here in 29 palms with my sister and its freaking hot here! its over 90 degrees and i only brought two tank tops! eek. well i guess that means that im going to have to wear the dresses that i brought with me. whatever keeps me cool!

so anyway, the main goal i had coming to visit my sister was to help her get a job! so the second day im here (today) 
we wake up, make her resume, head out to find her a job, and guess what? the last place we stop at  hires her as a waitress! First off, this is her FIRST job, and she has had no prior experience except for volunteering at the soup kitchen and a few other places.

she asks for an application, fills it out, and while we are eating the lady asks if when we are done she could come back and talk to her! so rachel gets interviewed on the spot and then they hire her! OMG!

so that was really awesome! first day out job hunting and the mission is complete! im so happy for her! i really thought that she might not hear back from anyone for a while but viola! im so excited for her! 😀 go rachel!

so now that thats done right from the start, we can really just relax the rest of my visit! tomorrow we go to a nice park that my sister likes and other than that i don’t really know.
