tee-hee! *snort*

so filming the scene was very cool! i couldnt really understand how movies were filmed, even when my teacher explained it so many times. the coverage, the over the shoulders, the masters, until it was actually happening! its really interesting! Anyways we shot the scene in the indoor lobby right outside the theater doors, and you could see the outside through the glass doors in the lobby.

so, scene starts where you see a very angry mikaylah (thats me) busting through the theater door and slamming it closed behind her without looking back. however she doesnt know that sam widwicky (zach) was already right on her tail and she had shoved the door right on his face! lol

as hes struggling to get his backpack on he calls mikaylahs name before she has a chance to go out  the door and so she stops and turns. 

(now this is a really tight shot and so we, being the actors, have to make sure we are in the screne,  and so we had little marks put down on the floor for us to get familiar with. and after rehearsing a lot, we would just know if we hit our marks)

so then after we filmed the whole thing where it shows both of us the entire time, we did the whole thing over except this time, the camera was shooting right over my shoulder, so you see a bit of me but really only zach while hes saying his lines, and then we did the same for me. then our closeups. where zach and i would stand inches away from the camera while we fed our lines to eachother. so pretty much we do the same lines over and over just filmed in different ways so that it can be edited and put together!

it took about maybe 2 hours. omg and wow they used these lights and stuff that made me look so good on film! i was like NO WAY! thats me? WHOAH! haha. i cant wait to see it! i hope that we can get copies!

any who on to today.

today was valentines day, and i worked! it was fun, nothing special. nothing interesting.  no secret admirers popped out from anywhere lol. just another day! alrighty im out.
