seniority rules

Having a job as a flight attendant has amazing perks, but you have to pay your dues. That means being willing to move and and also give up holidays for quite a while. I’ve been with my company for 6 years and I just now got Thanksgiving and Christmas off. I did get to be home for the holidays last year, but that was because I paid other FA’s $150-$200 to take those trips off my hands. This year I’m finally senior enough in the company to get everything I ask for on my schedule.
