Just rambles

I recently got daily contacts for the first time in my life and WOW. Why haven’t I done this sooner? I would get lasic, but my eyes keep getting worse so I’m not a candidate yet.

Anyway, since I’m a flight attendant my eyes get very dry and irritated because of working inside of an aircraft cabin all day, so switching from weeklys to daily’s has made quite a difference!

Driving to Portland OR from Tacoma WA for work has been getting expensive so I’ve decided to transfer to the Seattle base. I’ve been based in Portland to the whole six years with Skywest and I love it so much, but this is the best choice in order to save more money. My transfer should be granted by January.

I still think about Michael, even though I know I shouldn’t. I’m still trying to figure out why this attachment is still lingering. I thought it would go away by now, but the sadness of missing out on what could have been is still there. I guess in the end it’s always this small amount of hope that keeps us daydreaming.

A guy named Justin Reached out to me on Instagram saying he saw me on Bumble when I was in Tucson. He wants to take me out to dinner. I said sure. Why not? I appreciate a guy that’s bold. The next time I’ll be in Tucson is December 17 so we are supposed to meet up then.

I am currently in Kansas City Missouri and I don’t work until 4 PM tomorrow so I plan on getting some exercise and then heading out to find a good brunch spot! I like to try and find a place is featured on the Food Network shows. 🙂
