guilty pleasures…

First off I have to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! to my sister! her birthday was yesterday and she turned 20! its hard to believe my little sis is finally out of her teens….so weird…….it seems like only yesterday i was 20….hmmm. any who I love you Rachel!

okay, so for those who really know me. im sorta nerdy…. there are a few things that only the people closest to me know about me…..my guilty pleasures…and today in this entry i am about to confess them all! and one more that even my friends dont know about….ew no not porn come on people get your heads out of the gutter puh-lease! *rolls eyes* so why am i writing this out in the open for anyone to see? i don’t know! I think I just had a sudden urge to write it all down so that I can look back at it later on and see if these things are still true! lol

 i guess i shall start. eh hem….

#1.  i LOVE rocks… and i have a huge collection! i mean…..i spent 60 dollars on a piece of tourmaline in quartz because it’s so rare…. i love the way they look, finding out what they are made of, knowing where they come from…i started a logging all the information i can find about every rock that i have in a notebook…..

#2.  another thing i collect is royal albert old english rose china

ever since i saw the china tea cup my parents had (one of their wedding presents from the set)  i just knew that i wanted the entire set for myself! and so i’ve been on a quest to collect it piece by piece! All I wanted last year for christmas was the coffee pot…..which I looked for for months and could not find it was so rare….and i was so happy when i got it ! ^_^

#3. pogs and slammers….yes i still have my entire collection! I even used to have the original pog and slammer tube holder but it broke 😛 so now i keep them in a tin box. ive asked my friends if they wanted to play and a few times they did with me ^_^ but yea…im not getting rid of those….

#4. I still have my pokemon cards as well…but I don’t play the card game! haha no way….instead…..I play the gameboy game! 😀 I LOVE IT! it is soooo addicting! It still really pisses me off that I accidently left my gameboy on the plane when i went with megan to california….I was just about to beat the elite four! it took me weeks to get there and i didnt even get to beat them! arg…. but now that i have a DS lite I am excited to get the new games ^_^…yea

#5.  I loooooove junk food. I mean sure anyone could say that….but I actually have a food drawer IN MY ROOM…yes…a drawer dedicated to letting me help myself to mama gumps chocolates, cheezits, wheat thins, chocolate covered pretzels, pocky, girl scout cookies, snack packs chocolate pudding, ginger snaps, chocolate covered macadamia nuts and a few chocolate bars whenever I want…….yes that is the entire content of the drawer right now hehe 😀

and now for number 6………… something i blame my sister for ever letting me get myself into….

#6. manga and anime movies

a long time ago I used to make fun of my sister for reading these series of anime comics called manga…and then one day she had me read one and the next thing i knew i was asking her if she had the second book to the series! I could not stop reading them I just had to know what happened next! They are just like books pretty much. the stories can get really intense.

Some of them were made into movies that you can watch online. and so sometimes I watch a few episodes when i get the chance! you could say its kind of like a soap but in cartoon animation. *shrugs*

and so there you have it…..my guilty pleasures! go ahead and laugh. i’d laugh too if i were you 😀
