Remember that song?
its from the sixties and it goes….”here I go again, making the same mistakes, heading for more heartache……” can’t remember the singer but its in my head today. Is that an omen???? Am I about to make another blunder????
I am awaiting now a reply to my reply to the inevitable letter from my soulmate of lifetimes ago. He wrote that the marriage is definately in serious **** and I replied a long epistle about ‘options” and ‘decisions’ and ‘responsibilities’ and ‘lifes too short’ and….you get the drift!!! I was even audatious enough to mention a few old memorial moments we had …..(a bit below the belt I know but I couldn’t help myself!!!) Anyway I felt confident enough to say those things, after all he mentioned I was the only one he could talk to about it all, etc etc…..but now the ball is back in his court, I have made my serve ! (Mind you, I wasn’t too obvious either, – the epitomy of tact thats me !!!!)
Will let you know, meantime its more of a waiting game!
Today I am feeling better, must be all that sleep I have been getting lately. A friend with a car took me shopping, then we met other friends for lunch. The glass of spirolina may have helped my renewed energy too. Once a month or so the women in our Bahai community get together at a favourite cafe….we have lots of laughs. Tonight I am off to my storytellers group again, missed it last month. Am reading through a copy of my old houseboat story that I think I may share with them if I can remember all the details again. Remember the houseboat Rocky? That was where you and I met wasn’t it? (1995.)
Thinking about that, I actually have had a very interesting life over all. Have many funny and touching anecdotes….when I finish my great epic novel ( ho hum) I will start on my autobiography. (And you thought that autobiographies were just for people with huge ego’s…..well…..) Seriously, one of the reasons I read very little fiction is because most peoples real lives are so fascinating aren’t they? Why else would anyone read other peoples internet diaries???? heheh
OK, off to rehearse now…..later alligators…….
Well, dear friend, I have lil prob’s with the songs 🙂 I am unsure of which ones they are. But would really like to hear! You are such a great and fashinating friend! Love

yes it was 1995, sunseeker, shared lunch, you wore a purple top and black shawl, dark green pants. I wore my black Warehouse track suit top and stained jeans. I think I had 2 or 3 sausage rolls and some yummy pasta salad that Kyree brought, but can’t remember what you ate! Aahhh the memory lets you down sometimes!

I have got fingers, toes and everything possible hoping the ball bounces back into your court. When I met Rocky he was wearing his drssing gown and slippers. I thought he was my friend’s Dad. He was different to what I’d expected. But real glad I met him. My first internet meeting.
