Sometimes, on a weekend, you find yourself feeling some sort of unpleasant; the sort that makes pajamas and a movie day on the couch as much as you’d care to muster. But there are errands that need running and you’re left to run them. This might mean that you don’t get out of the house until that time when "late afternoon" is closing in on "evening." This turns out to be one of the best things ever. Why? You get to witness a most glorious sunset between stops. (You also get to drive home as nightfall is getting its fall on. This means gorgeous streaky blues and golds off in the distance, while the rest is dark enough for street lights and everything else that makes night driving some of the best driving to be had.) Besides, you can always change into pajamas when you get home. Making it a pretty great day, really.
