I’ve read a few entries back into your diary. Doesn’t seem like you particularly want to join. So that brings you to the questions: 1)How will this affect my family?(You mentioned you are a parent) 2)What will I gain? 3) What will I lose? 4) What does it mean to be owned by the govn’t for the extent of my existance? Oh, and is it possible to change your mind once you’ve enrolled in the army? Probably not, considering the way the world works. That might alter your decision. Happiness is what we are all striving for. 🙂

ummmm…one word…NO! you talked about having your education paid for…well, chances are if you join now you’re getting shipped overseas and the army will say who cares about your education…
