The silly things we do…

Stuck in a silly situation that I’m now going to have to figure out a good way to get out of it. We will see.

 Marti has been on my ass at work ever since she got put into the manager position. Mostly this is because she has Briana on her back about the day shifts numbers, and every day now Marti is reminding me that I need to do more and do more, and get more and the pressure is just on. I overheard Briana talking to her about doing something with Amy, who has been there 4 year…because she called her by her number 207…Marti had this really pissed off look and they had a really long discussion. Now with Amy going to be fired, that would leave me next in line. I am trying to do the best I can, but with that being said, I just don’t think that I will be able to do anything else.  I picked up an application at this student loan collection agency, and they are hiring, according to one of the girls who works there that is friends with Amy.  They get more money than we do, and while they have certain requirments that they must hit, the girl that works there used to be employed here at E love and was fired for her numbers as well and says that it is much easier to hit your numbers there.

I just want to be able to make sure i have a secure job so that i can take care of me and baby and also go to school and still have money for things.

Besides that, I hate the job and just want to be happy at work….is there such a thing?
