long days and short nights.

 Since I have been working at FMS, I have been through a wide range of ups and downs…and hell tomorrow is my 90 day mark!  That also means I have gone 90 days without updating this. Well, it’s been crazy!!  I started training and they talked about how elite we are, and how everyone in the building is wishing they were on the department of education contract like we are. And they were right. We are elite in that way that we have access to peoples personal info at the touch of a button. yes, all I need is your first and last name and suddenly I have your ssn, dob, address, EVERYTHING. So I can now see why they make you have a govt clearance. Some people seem to like to stalk their exes with our systems, but I don’t see the point. any ex I have is an ex for  a reason and I probably won’t be wanting to track them down any time soon!! 

The money WAS great..and when I say was it still is not not AS great as it has been. We were making 15.35 an hr, but with a government fringe benefit added on of an extra 3.80 an hour, making the total  hourly 19 roughly. Now they took the fringe benefit away and are taking that extra 266 a month and putting it into the companies 401 k investment plan, whether we like it or not. They flat out told us we can’t touch it. or do anything with it and thats that. Which I find ridiculous!!! Who are they to say what they can and can not do with our govt insurance money?? At this point I am just livid they could do that.

As far as the job itself..it isn’t horrible but it will be hard to keep. The goal monthly just went up to 150k collected and cleared. I did 130 the first 150 the second if it all clears..but now its almost the end of the month and i have only 36k on the board, and it doesn’t show any signs of improving. This will mean that most likely in november when the october buy out happens, i will get written up for not making goal, and then you only have two more write ups to go before termination. They said that they had to be consecutive, but honestly I have already seen people get fired and i dont think they had three write ups. 

I was all set to go back to school before i got this job, but decided that school would be a bad idea with all the hours i am working now. The best thing that I could do would be to wait until they fire me, bad as that sounds, go back to dancing at night and go to school during the day. Dancing is still a dream i miss, i want to dance again. Only i want to do it right this time, and not feel bad for not being able to bs someone into thinking i like them. its a damn strip club why would i like you, i just want your money!

It’s my late night at work, i work 12-9 mon and tues and 8-5 weds-sat, and i just wish this week was over already. at least this fiday is pay week. 

I have been going out  a lot more recently. me and joe have made trips to dekalb to see eddie, and party a bit, and we even went o a house party a few weeks back which was pretty bad ass. I still miss the pre brendon days, but my little bby is getting so big already.

He started walking two days after he turned 10 months old!!  He has 7 teeth, and his 1 yr bday is next month! his torticollis is coming along. He has been wearing the helmet on and off but mostly off. His head shpe looks pretty good, but overall he only has a slight tilt now, and soon after thats been fixed he will be discharged from therapy! I’m excited for when that day comes, but i know as parents me and joe havent enforced the helmet like we should have. He just really hates it and he cries enough as is. I have a pretty active child, and he wants what he wants when he wants it. He doesn’t like to be held down, or be told no. ever. So wearing the helmet is sometimes even harder for me to get him to go to bed…which can sometimes take hours as it is.   well its time for bed….therapy with baby b in the morning and then to call my personal trainer…i’m going to finally lose this last 15 lbs ive been crying about for everrrrrrr now.
